Parenting while neurodivergent? You’ve just found your people.

Carrying an emotional load most people can’t see?

Parenting while neurodivergent can feel exhausting in ways that are hard to explain… constantly holding things together, managing everyone else’s needs, and wondering why everyday life feels so overwhelming.

This is a low-pressure space for parents who are tired of feeling like they have to cope alone.

Whether you’re diagnosed, self-identified, or just beginning to explore your neurodivergence, you’re welcome here.

You can join in fully, stay quiet for a while, or simply look around and see if it feels like the right fit.

And it’s free to try for two weeks.

A space where you don’t have to explain yourself.

If you’re sick of advice that doesn’t fit, you’ll find understanding, support and genuinely neurodivergent-affirming parenting here.

Most parenting spaces focus only on raising your child. We also focus on what it means to parent as a neurodivergent person.

We created this space to feel different, which means you don’t have to mask, keep up, or pretend you’re coping better than you are.

You can choose how you show up, whether you join every session, participate quietly, or mostly read along. Whether you pop in each day, or just whenever you remember.

We’ll be here when you need us.

You’re welcome in our community, whether…

  • you’re formally diagnosed or self-identifying autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, dyslexic… or any other form of neurodivergent - or if you’re still figuring things out

  • you’re parenting neurodivergent, highly sensitive, or typically developing children (or if you’re not sure yet!)

  • you’re navigating pregnancy, parenting toddlers, the middle childhood years, or supporting teenagers

Our Community is for any parent (or grandparent, or carer) feeling isolated, overwhelmed, or unsupported by typical parenting spaces.

Led by clinical psychologists with professional and lived experience - alongside dozens of parents walking this path too - this is a warm, low-pressure community built around your capacity.

You don’t need to tick a box here. If this space feels like a relief, you’re in the right place.

A different kind of parent support.

We’ve created a sneak peak of our unique app so you can get a flavour of what you’ll see as a community member - without showing our confidential chats of course!

Explore the space and see if it feels like the kind of support you’ve been missing - or take a deeper look with our free trial.

There’s something incredibly comforting about being surrounded by people who understand the invisible parts of your experience - I don’t feel I have to mask or explain myself. I can be honest about my wins and my struggles and there’s always someone who says “same” or “here’s what helped me”.

What’s inside?

Some days support looks like joining a live session.

Some days it’s reading a post and realising you’re not the only one.

Some days it’s finding strategies that actually work for your nervous system.

Some days it’s just being somewhere you don’t have to explain yourself.

Feeling understood. Feeling heard. Feeling believed. Feeling relieved.
