Book list for explaining neurodivergence to children
Talking about neurodiversity with your child can seem daunting.
We often get asked for book recommendations for parents of neurodivergent children to help them explain a diagnosis, or to introduce the idea of neurodivergence during the wondering stage. So, we decided to create this free resource, especially for you!
Included in the list are books that describe neurodiversity and neurodivergence in a general sense, as well as books more specifically on autism, ADHD, and dyslexia. There are books for a range of child and adolescent ages and developmental stages. It has clickable links to make life extra easy.
Please complete your details to download your free copy of the book list. We hope you find it useful!
Have you seen our other recommended book list for parents of neurodivergent children? And, if you are neurodivergent yourself, we also have a third free book list for neurodivergent parents.
